When a dispute arises between a lawyer and his client relating to the care given to a case or the amount of his fees, the customer can bring the dispute to the president.
The relevant Bar is the president of the Bar which the lawyer belongs.
It can be grasped by ordinary letter.
If deemed useful, the barrister may hear the parties, within three months from receipt of the complaint.
It will proceed to arbitration thing and may in case of fault or negligence of counsel, take any professional sanction.
