CRA gives some advice on parking of vehicles within condominiums as well as the occupation of boxes which, remember, must allow easy access to valves for heating and dispensing hot and cold water. These valves must be accessible at all times in case of necessity.

Moreover, it still seems necessary to recall the actions of the Trustee to prohibit the parking of vehicles at the entrances of boxes which, remember, are considered common areas.
